SHIPPING

Orders for in stock items will ship the same day or the next business day.   Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday (with the exception of holidays).  While most orders will ship via UPS, we reserve the right to utilize other shipping companies.  An email will be sent confirming that your order has been received and processed and will include the UPS Shipping Tracking Number.  Order status can be checked by your invoice number emailed to you.  Currently we do not ship outside of the Continental United States.

MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum order requirement for online orders placed.

STOCK

In general, all items listed on this website are in stock and shippable same day unless otherwise noted.  Items noted as out of stock or special order items will reference a lead time before delivery.

RETURN POLICY

In the event you wish to return an item(s), we request that you send an email for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  All return products must have a RMA number printed on the outside of the shipping container.  Returns without a RMA number on the outside of the shipping container will not be received/processed.  All return and exchange items must have a copy of either the Invoice or the Invoice Number.  Return shipping (including cost) is the responsibility of the customer.  Returned merchandise exchange or replacement product is shipped at no charge back to customer.  Non-defective product returned for credit only is subject to a restocking charge of up to 20%.  Original Invoice shipping costs are non-refundable for returned product.  All special orders are non-refundable/non-returnable unless such items are defective.

WARRANTY

We sell only factory new LED Products.  All products carry warranties ranging from 1-3 years. Warranty period is stated in the product description.  Warranty covers defective parts and material from date of original invoice.  Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, physical damage, or improper installation.
